A "well-mannered and courteous young man" because he has learned what good company representation means to our company and the clients we serve.  He's "hungry" because he is eager to learn the family business and not just because he eats a lot.  He's "competitive" because of his drive to learn he strives to become the best leader he can be on a daily basis.  "Hard worker" because he helps with any role we might have a need for any particular day and is definitely not afraid to get dirty doing it.  He has a "great sense of humor" because he keeps the project jobsites moving and the crew's happy with his light-humored laughs.
